By accessing or using LazyQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

2. Use of Service

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu and business information.
• Orders placed through the app are binding agreements between you and the merchant.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or issues.

4. User Conduct

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the app or its users.
• Respect other users, merchants, and staff at all times.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

If we determine that a merchant is selling products or services that are illegal, require a license that has not been obtained, are deemed inappropriate or contrary to societal values, or is involved in scam, fraudulent, or deceptive activities, we reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the merchant's access to the app and related services without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

LazyQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Commission Charges

We use Fiuu payment gateway for processing payments. A commission fee is automatically deducted from payments processed through the payment gateway. This commission is paid by merchants and is deducted directly from their Fiuu account. The commission rate and structure are confidential and may be subject to change at our discretion. Customers are not charged or notified of this commission.
